Our standard workmanship warranty is one year from project completion. Specific materials carry their own manufacturer warranties per the product. The 10-Month Walk-Through is a separate operating commitment, not a warranty term — we return at month ten regardless of whether a warranty item is present, and we address what the seasons have exposed on our own dime.
Licensing
We operate as a licensed and insured general contractor under Mike's Class B California Contractors State License Board license. License number is available on request and verifiable at any time through the CSLB license lookup.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
Changes
