San Diego Landscape Remodeling is a small design-build firm. This page is a plain-language summary of how we handle the information you share with us. What we collect
When you complete our contact form, call us, or email us, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, property address or neighborhood, the scope of what you are considering, and the other details you enter into the form. We also collect standard server-side access logs (IP, user-agent, page requested, timestamp) in the ordinary course of hosting a website.
What we do with it
We use it to respond to you, to prepare for a first conversation, to send a proposal if the project advances, and to serve you during and after a project we build. That is the entire list.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We do not share your information with marketing networks, data brokers, or advertisers.
Who has access
Gio and Mike read every inquiry that comes through the site. Our office email infrastructure is handled by standard commercial providers (email hosting, form relay, CRM) that carry their own privacy commitments. We limit access to the information you send us to the people who need it to do the work.
Cookies
Our website uses a minimal set of functional cookies required for the site to load properly and for us to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or behavioral tracking.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry and project records for the duration of an active engagement and for a reasonable period afterward for reference, warranty follow-up, and our own records. You may request deletion at any time by emailing office@sandiegolandscaperemodeling.com.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address above and we will respond within thirty days.
Children
Our services are directed at adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of thirteen.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active clients by email. The current version always lives at this URL.
